A training curriculum on leadership and active citizenship is designed and delivered to the young people part of the project EU4AL. This curriculum is tailored to the needs and the capacities of the young people, aimed to meet their interest and engage actively using interactive and energetic learning techniques. The Learning Objectives of the two days training course named “SHINE” were to enhance public speaking skills, research and argumentation of youngsters in Albania.
