We communicate the needs and achievements, identify the opportunities and educate the community, public and private sector towards living on a society of good practices, ethical behavior and good governance. We are strongly committed in improving education, entrepreneurship and volunteering. We aim to impact mostly the young generation to grow into ethical, responsible and valuable citizens, build a successful life for themselves and contribute to the society. We make sure the public and private sector can demonstrate clear policies and responsible practices in areas such as human rights, working conditions, ethics and environmental issues.

Holtjana Bello is Doctor in Economy Sciences. While, she has mastered her skills in Birmingham City University in UK for Audit Management and Consultancy, she is economist and lawyer as a profession. Her research and consultancy experience with international organizations in good governance, including corporate social responsibility, risk and quality management, and evaluation issues add values to the projects she is engaged with.
Mrs. Marinela Dervishi, has earned an MBA diploma from Institut Universitaire Kurt Bosch, Switzerland affiliated to the University of New York Tirana. She has a bachelor degree in Clinical Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Tirana. Mrs. Dervishi has strong knowledge in strategic planning, communication and PR campaigns, market research, exploring consumer habits, creating brand and communication strategies.
Juljana Ristani is Journalist in the National television Top Channel, New Department. Ms. Ristani is well known in journalist community for her courage to speak up for poor government performance and also by denouncing corrupt public officials. Ms. Ristani is the winner of many awards such as Winner of the first prize at the national competition organized from OSCE Presence in Albania in 2013 about the Best Investigative Article; Winner of the second place at the EU awards for investigative Journalism (July 2015) for my story on judiciary treatment and drug uses smugglers.
